Shipping policy

Where do you ship from?

Our company is based in Moorabbin, VIC and all orders are dispatched from this location.

We aim to have all orders packaged and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Which shipping courier do we use?

We send a majority of our orders via Australia Post, however, we also use the likes of other couriers including Fastway, Sendle or CourierPlease.

We have aligned ourselves with transport partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. We can’t be held liable for loss or damage resulting from late delivery but we will do our best to help you in these circumstances.

How long will my package take to arrive?

Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated timeframe, all specified dates are only an estimate as we cannot account for any delays caused by couriers, especially during high-volume periods.

Delivery times usually take between 3 to 10 business days for metro areas and longer for remote/rural areas, as well as WA and NT. Since we're based in Melbourne, naturally those deliveries are little quicker.

Can I pick up locally?

Yes, we offer local pick-up from our warehouse on Sullivan Street, Moorabbin, VIC 3189, open Mon-Fri, 10am to 5:30pm. Please contact us for further details.
